we are the Equality Team of the Student Representatives (FSR), which means we act against all forms of discrimination. Our aim is to help you students to the best of our ability while also striving for structural improvements in student life. Often, we collaborate with the equality team of the department to achieve these goals.

If you find yourself in a situation where you feel unfairly treated and would like to talk to an impartial person first, please feel free to reach out to us. We are here to listen to you, think together about solutions, and, if needed, support you in further actions. Importantly, we will not take any action unless you explicitly wish for us to do so.

For an uncomplicated and confidential inquiry, you can contact us via this email of the student equality team or approach us in person at any time. Just come by the Student Representative rooms (you can find directions here) and ask for the equality team – currently, that’s Franziska, Alea, and Jona.

Generell gilt aber, egal wer es aus dem FSR ist, fühlt ihr euch nicht wohl auf eiem Event, werden wir immer versuchen Euch weiterzuhelfen!

In addition to the Equality Team, which primarily addresses situations related to everyday student life or structural issues, some FSR events also feature a dedicated Awareness Team. This team trys to ensure that all attendees feel comfortable and can receive help if needed. If an Awareness Team is present, there will be clear indications of how to recognize them.

Generally speaking, regardless of who from the FSR is present, if you do not feel comfortable at an event, we will always strive to assist you!
